In this role, you will develop your skills and knowledge in payroll administration and system support while working closely with our experienced payroll managers. You will also have access to our cutting-edge payroll technology, providing a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you’ll need to succeed 

  • Ideally have completed your Computer Science, Accounting or Business bachelor’s degree from a New Zealand or Australian tertiary institution or a relevant certification in IT.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • An ability to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and convey complex information in a simple, understandable manner.
  • A passion for identifying patterns and trends and being able to use this information to solve problems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in regulations, technology, and processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creative thinking that will allow you to develop innovative solutions and experiment with new ideas.
