Responsibilities

  • Accurately and timely processing of payroll for employees. 
  • Maintaining payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and security. 
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. 
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. 
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports for customers. 
  • Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and issues. 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify and rectify errors in a timely and efficient manner.  
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a  proven track record of placing the customer’s needs first in all aspects of their work.
  • An ability to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and convey complex information in a simple, understandable manner.  
  • A passion for identifying patterns and trends and being able to use this information to solve problems. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in regulations, technology, and processes. 
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Creative thinking that will allow you to develop innovative solutions and experiment with new ideas.
